If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final-sale items in their original, tagged condition, within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund.

To receive a return label, please email info@dickfergusons.com. Please note that we offer free exchanges on all non final sale items. We offer free returns for damaged or incorrect orders only. For all other returns, the cost of the shipping label we provide for you will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You can expect your refund in 5–7 business days after your package is received and inspected at our store. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.​ 

All items are inspected upon return. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny your request for a refund for your returned items (in whole or in part) if any of the following conditions are found: 

- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.

- Products returned without original tags attached.

- Products showing wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.

- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents. 

- A partial return of less than all items in a Product that is sold as a multi-item Product.   

- Items not purchased on dickfergusons.com. (For purchases made through a different retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)​ 

 

When processing a return, please note that Dick Ferguson’s is not responsible or liable for any loss relating to items shipped to Dick Ferguson’s in error. Examples of these items include, but are not limited to: ​​ 

  1. Personal items
  2. Cash, checks, credit cards, or other financial instruments
  3. Non-Dick Ferguson’s products
  4. Dick Ferguson’s merchandise purchased at a retailer other than Dick Ferguson’s (ex. PeterMillar.com, JohnnieO.com, etc.)
  5. Dick Ferguson’s merchandise that is not associated with the return being processed​
