Once you’ve placed your order, there are a few steps before it reaches you.

1. Processing: Soon after your order is placed, our store begins preparing and packing it. Order processing can take 1-5 business days after your order is placed, depending on the selected shipping method. 

2. Shipping - Carrier Pickup: After it’s processed, your order is marked as shipped and handed off to the carrier. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships out. It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking to show movement.

4. Delivered:  Delivery time varies across different shipping methods and addresses. After your order is marked as delivered, it’s possible that it will take a few more days for your order to arrive as we’ve seen many cases where the carrier updates tracking details to show as delivered and then the package arrives a few days later.
