Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, log in to your store account and select the order you'd like to return. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Once submitted, we'll review and process your return within 2–3 business days.

Please note: Returns sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out before sending it back.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? The quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
